HotLine to the Dean of International College  (TSU- IC)

The Direct Line to the Dean of the College is a channel through which staff, students, or the general public can send suggestions, complaints, or feedback to the college's administration for the purpose of improving and developing the college.

Submitting Suggestions
Those who provide suggestions or feedback are not required to disclose their identity if they do not wish for the college to contact them or provide further information.

Submitting Complaints
The complainant must provide their name, phone number, and email address so that the college can contact them for additional information if needed. Relevant supporting documents (if any) should also be attached. The college’s administration reserves the right to refuse complaints from individuals who do not wish to disclose their identity.

All suggestions, feedback, or complaints will be kept confidential and will be carefully considered. International College  would like to  thanks you for your suggestions and feedback.
