February 21, 2025 – The International College of Thaksin University (TSU) proudly hosted a benchmarking visit and leadership exchange program with Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia. The event brought together student leaders and university staff from both institutions to engage in a meaningful exchange on student leadership development, higher education management, and global collaboration.
The program, titled MSU LEAD – Leadership Education Development 2025, is part of MSU’s Global Leadership Program (GLP) and aimed to provide students with valuable insights into leadership skills, global awareness, and student affairs best practices. The session included:
Staff Benchmarking, allowing university officers to discuss best practices in higher education management, student counseling, career services, and sustainable development initiatives (SDGs).
The event welcomed 30 student leaders and 15 university officers, fostering a dynamic cross-institutional learning experience. This collaboration underscores Thaksin University’s commitment to international partnerships, student development, and the exchange of knowledge in higher education leadership.
